AndonEAM uses available notification context, equipment records, and maintenance documentation to draft work-order fields for planner review. Materials, durations, safety context, and release decisions remain subject to customer data, configured integrations, and authorized approval.

How It Works
AndonEAM connects source data, structured drafts, engineering review, and approved downstream records in a governed maintenance workflow.
A technician, operator, or connected monitoring source raises a notification within the agreed workflow. It may begin with a condition-based alert, an inspection finding, or a manual observation.
The system uses the available notification context, equipment type, failure-mode records, maintenance history, and manufacturer documentation to propose what work may be required. Missing or conflicting source information is resolved by the planner.
A draft can include proposed operations, task descriptions, duration estimates, candidate materials, and relevant safety context. Inventory status is included only through configured data sources, and safety or isolation content never replaces site procedures.
An authorized maintenance planner reviews the generated draft in an approval interface, edits fields, verifies materials and safety requirements, records judgement, and decides whether the work order is ready for release.
After approval, work orders can be mapped to a target CMMS through integrations included in the project scope. The customer validates field mappings, master data, release controls, and any safety or cost information before operational use.
